Returns & Exchanges
We will accept items for return within 30 days of purchase. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your receipt. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
- Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
- Only items purchased through VeninRoyale.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchase from a physician or store will not be accepted for a refund.
- If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 5 days.
